🐾 A New Way to Get Your Pet Seen Sooner! 🐾
We’re excited to let our clients know that we now have Dr. Melanie Mercer available by video appointment IN CLINIC for certain straightforward, time-sensitive (but non-emergent) concerns.
These appointments may be appropriate for things such as:
• Ear infections
• Skin infections
• Vaccinations
• Other simple concerns that can be assessed without an in-person veterinarian examination
So, how does it work?
A trained registered veterinary technician (RVT) will be in the room with your pet and perform the hands-on examination. They will then communicate their findings directly to Dr. Mercer, who will speak with you by video and provide veterinary assessment and recommendations.
This service gives us another way to help pets with issues that need attention sooner rather than later, without having to wait for the next available in-person veterinarian appointment.
You always have a choice. If you call looking for an appointment and one of our team members offers you an earlier video appointment because your pet’s concern is appropriate for this service, you can choose to take that appointment or wait for an in-person appointment with one of our other veterinarians.
So far, we’ve received very positive feedback from our clients about these appointments, and we’re really optimistic that this will help us get your pets the care they need more quickly and conveniently. ❤️
