** Update just to clarify, the price increase in the new year will only be between 5 to 15 depending on the size of your dog and if you are still on my old pricing structure. I hope you all had a wonderful Christmas and New Year's. We will be re-opening tomorrow January 6th at 9am.
As we head into 2026, I've had to make some necessary changes in order for my business to remain operational and to continue providing you with the high quality services and care your pet deserves.
I will be adjusting my grooming prices to better reflect the rising cost of supplies, equipment and operational expenses. This increases will help keep services consistent, sustainable and aligned with current industry standards.
If you are a new client, your price is probably already aligned with our current rates. For recurring clients your price will increase to match our updated price list.
Also there will be an important policy update for No Shows or late cancelation fees.
Due to an increasing number of no-shows and last minute cancelations there will now be the following changes
🔷️ No-Show policy: if you miss your appointment without notifying me, you will be charged 100 percent of the grooming fee
🔷️ Late Cancelation Policy: if you cancel with less than 24 hours notice, you will be charged 50 percent of the grooming fee
I understand emergencies happen and I always do my best to be fair. However no shows and late cancelations leave gaps in my schedule that I can't fill with that short notice therefore affecting my income and my business.
