While the other dogs ran for cover, Oscar was out there braving the absolute downpour like a little warrior. ..Except his “bravery” was actually just him freezing completely solid the second the towel came out. He had other plans, but the towel always wins.

Oh, my heart! 🥹 Charlie did his classic sprint to his hoomans at pickup, but then stopped, spun around, and ran right back to me for one last round of cuddles. I might be letting it go to my head, but I absolutely loved it! Best feeling ever. 🐾❤️

If you follow our pack, you already know Adrienne’s general vibe has always been: “I am legally required to exist in the general population, but I will NOT be participating in the activities.”
She has mastered the art of the side eye and treating the rest of us like annoying roommates she didn’t ask for.

Recently, she’s been hanging out with Sage regularly, and something miraculous happened. The clouds parted. The stars aligned. Adrienne decided she will actually engage in PLAY.
We are talking real, actual, tail wagging, “look at me, I’m a dog” playing! I nearly rubbed my eyes to make sure I wasn’t dreaming.
This right here is why I always keep trying, keep socializing, and never give up. Because one day... it just all comes together. 🥹❤️

Summer is officially here, and the pack is ready to party!

Things have been filling up incredibly fast around here! Most of our awesome regulars book out for the entire year, which means limited space is available for the season. If you need a spot, definitely reach out sooner rather than later!

A quick calendar reminder: We will be completely closed from June 19th to June 21st.

We are in the smaller yard right now as we try to strengthen and revive the big yards grass.

A note on communications: After happily keeping myself available from 6:30 AM to 9:00 PM for the last decade plus, I am shifting gears to give myself and my family a little more quality time. Moving forward, I will only be replying to messages between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM (unless, of course, it’s an absolute emergency).
Because of this, I might take just a little longer to get back to you than usual( next business day if out side 6pm). Thank you all so much for understanding, cheers to a fantastic, sun-soaked summer ahead!

A little trip down memory lane... and a massive thank you to my kennel family. 🐾
I was just sitting here thinking about how long I’ve been doing this, and a wave of gratitude hit me. One of the absolute coolest, most unexpected rewards of running this kennel has been watching your families grow up right before my eyes.
I’ve watched tiny toddlers strapped into car seats grow into teenagers who now drive themselves up the driveway to pick up the family pooch (and text their moms to say they’re on the way back!).
I’ve seen those same kids grow up, find us on Facebook, and start interacting with our page as young adults.
I’ve even been a part of middle-of-the-night “birth plans”, taking in dogs at dawn because a baby was making her grand debut, only to recently sit down and be interviewed for a project by that very same “baby,” who is now a bright young girl.
I don’t know if you all realize just how deeply special that is to me. I haven’t just been taking care of your dogs all these years; I’ve had the absolute privilege of loving your entire families.
Thank you for trusting me with your fur-babies, and for letting me be a small part of your lives as your human babies grow up. It truly means the world to me. ❤️
