The first of many batches of SALSA from the garden this year!! 🍅🫑🧅🧄

🤔 Anyone else’s tomatoes, peppers and jalapeños turn out exceptionally sweet this year??? ‘Cause I barely needed to add any sugar this batch, nor do I change my recipe at all! The flavour of my salsa always depends on the produce terroir each season. 🤤👌🏻

-A beautiful balance of earthy, sweet, tangy, umami-goodness! Pickled in a rice vinegar brine with ginger, garlic, soy sauce, mirin, peppercorns & sake!
