In Trick Dog Grand Championships , Rally Masters Titles , I also am a Certified Trick Dog Instructor , I have worked with many different breeds, which gave me the skills to problem solve , I use Positive Reinforcement but consider myself a very Fair Balanced trainer. I have been working in the Pet Industry and Training for over 20 years and have Volunteered as a way to give back at many different places such as Rescues, shelters and vet clinics . Because Cooper only comes for Doggy Day Care, I am leaving this very long video for his owners as a quick guide to start working on his Loose Leash Walking . This is right from scratch/first session, (other clients dogs barking in the back ground which isn't optimal the first time) , but I take it when I can lol So yes its not a pretty 11 minute session , but with practice it will get there. If he can't do it at home , in the house , on the deck , in the yard, in the driveway , he wont be able to do it on a walk , so practice at home in different areas , when he can do that...... then take him on a low distraction walk , even if you have to drive there. Distractions are something that has to be added as he progresses NOT right off the Bat
