MARINE Basic First Aid training June 19-20th
STANDARD First Aid (2-day, Intermediate level) June 19-20th
EMERGENCY First Aid (1-day, Basic level) June 20th

So if you require training for school/work or pleasure on or off land... this is your time to train!!

UPDATE ‼️Courses are fully booked ☺️

A first aid course teaches essential skills to respond effectively in medical emergencies before professional help arrives.

It typically covers:
CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation): How to perform chest compressions and rescue breaths.
AED training
Wound Care: Cleaning, dressing, life-threatening bleeding.
Burns and Scalds: Cooling and protecting burn injuries.
Choking: Techniques to clear airways in adults, children, and infants.
Fractures and Sprains: Immobilizing injured limbs safely.
Shock Management: Recognizing and responding to signs of shock.
Medical Emergencies: Handling heart attacks, strokes, seizures, childbirth and allergic reactions.

Courses offered:
Basic Emergency First Aid: 1-day EFA (training for Adult care only) ~ Monday, November 17th.

Intermediate Standard First Aid: 2-days SFA (training for Adult/child/babies) ~ Monday & Tuesday, November 17 & 18th.
