We have some very exciting news to share !!! We will be moving to a larger location to better serve all my four-legged customers!!! We will be staying in Gander and moving to the Lorettas Flowers location which is located behind Booster Juice!!!. Please be patient with us as we need to close our doors for 2 weeks to allow restoration in our current shop and renovations to our new shop. We will be closed the last week in October and the first week in November. I want to thank everyone for their tremendous support in my business. I've truly enjoyed getting back to work and meeting all the new groom family we have built. I came to beautiful Newfoundland to retire; that did not go so good. After a year of tears I just had to get back at it. I truly love my job.
We will be offering some new services in the new year. As most of you know, I'm a certified Master Groomer with Animal Sciences and Pet Nutrition under my belt. I am also a certified Vet Tech. Who's had over 35 years in the industry. I've been grooming for almost 40 years now and have taught several people the skill. I will be offering the following new procedures at the new location as equipment arrives, and the facilities are built.
* I will be able to take on grooming students!!
* lazer therapy and red light therapy for injuries will be available
* dental screenings and minor dental procedures will be offered to cooperative patients
* teeth brushing during your regular grooming appointments can be scheduled
* pet nutrition seminars will be scheduled as a "hot topic" so you can confidently food and treat shop for your loved pets.
* One on One behavior specialist for your dog through private training sessions to help them overcome whatever "bad habit" they may be exhibiting.
* Pet dye jobs at special request can be also be done. Only pet safe Opawz products can and will be used.
* We will continue to offer free nail clipping in between groomings for our regular clients.
* We will also continue to groom cats, exotics, ( ferrets, bunnies, guinea pigs) and clip nails on any reptiles and cooperative birds.
All in all, I want to share as much knowledge as I can to you about health and nutrition to your pets.
Anyone who makes pet related items and would like to share their talent in our new location is welcome to bring business cards or even stock to sell on the shelves. Keeping our sales within our own community is important to me.
