Since the Gananoque Veterinary Clinic staff have joined us at TIVS, we are fielding a much higher call volume and volume of patients needing care! If you have been a client of Thousand Islands Veterinary Services for very long, you will know that we pride ourselves on answering the phone and getting back to people as soon as possible. We're trying to keep up, but you might need to give us a bit of grace if we're a bit slower than normal. Also, if you need a product or medication ordered, please give us a bit longer lead time so that we can help everyone! We hope that this eases up some when we have more room in the new hospital, but until then, please have patience! Don't worry, our values and medicine are the same as always.
