They are made to fit cats as well!
Miss Tuna here is modelling one of our many cat sized surgery shirts.
These shirts are measured and fitted so that each pet gets a tailored shirt just for their body!
Litterbox duties, eating, and drinking - are all no problem with these surgery shirts - no removal required!

Meet Wilf and Waldo!
RVT Emily listens to their heart, and lungs, takes their temperature and talks to their owner. However, the most important part is when she feeds them Churu!
They were here for their post neuter check and 3rd and final vaccinations.
We were happy to tell the owner that they didn't need their cones anymore, that they are fully healed from their surgery.
And now they are fully vaccinated and protected from viruses that can cause illness and disease.
We can't wait to continue to watch these two grow!

Happy Vet Tech Week!
We have 5 Registered Veterinary Technicians here to help you and your pet.

They are often behind the scenes with diagnostic testing (taking trays, drawing blood, looking at ear slides), preparing for surgery, monitoring our patients and recovering them. They clean your pets teeth under anesthesia and take the trays for the vet to assess.

They attend schooling and write a national exam, and register with the NBVMA in order to call themselves Technicians.

Thank a vet tech today! Share a story about some of our phenomenal techs! ( some are more shy than others so you won't see all 5 in our pictures or slide shows!)

Pet Owner Testimonial
One of our clients who recently used Humm Financing let us know how easy it was to use.
We already knew this, but we wanted you to hear it from them!

They have now used HUMM financing a couple of times since their kitty Mister was diagnosed with hyperthyroidism. Now their other kitty Ivy has also benefitted from HUMM as she gets yearly bloodwork done, and a pain medication injection every 3 months.

Our goal is to find the best way to provide care for your pet, which is why we have partnered with HUMM financing to be able to offer you 0% financing on 6 or 12 month plans.

A TICK!!?? In October!!??
Yes, this is a picture of a tick, attached to a patient in October ( the 14th to be exact!)

While ticks seem big, once they feed, they can still be very hard to find in fur, and they sometimes blend in.

Also, did you know that not all ticks get large when they feed? Only the females do. This means that the smaller male ticks, stay small and are even harder to find!

We recommend All Year Around tick protection as they need below 0 degrees to go into hibernation. Even with snow on the ground, they have been known to crawl up bushes, tall grass, through the snow, on warm sunny days to find a host (ie: your pet)

Protect them from diseases like Anaplasma and Ehrlichia , as well as Lyme disease by using a parasite prevention that covers ticks!

Give us a call today ( or text) 506-460-8668 to see which product is best suited for your pet.
