🐆 LET’S TALK ABOUT BENGAL KITTEN PR!CES! 🐾
One comment we hear occasionally is,
“That’s a lot of money for just a f@mily pet!”
And that brings up something I think is really important to educate people about.
Being a f@mily pet does NOT make a Bengal kitten worth less. ❤️
In fact, every single kitten we raise at Maritime Bengals is raised with the goal of becoming a healthy, happy, well-socialized, beloved fami!y member.
When you purchase a Bengal from a reputable, registered breeder, you’re not simply paying for a kitten with beautiful spots. You’re paying for everything that goes into responsibly bringing that kitten into the world.
🐾 Health testing of our breeding cats, including breed-specific genetic screening and cardiac testing (annual HCM scans)
🐾 Veterinary care, vaccinations, deworming, spaying/neutering, and preventative care.
🐾 Quality nutrition for our breeding cats, nursing mothers, and growing kittens.
🐾 Countless hours of socialization, handling, enrichment, cleaning, monitoring, and raising kittens with love and attention.
🐾 Years of experience, education, and dedication to improving and preserving this incredible breed.
🐾 Lifetime breeder support because our responsibility doesn’t end when your kitten leaves our home.
A kitten going to a loving fami!y deserves the EXACT same quality of care, health testing, and responsible breeding practices as a kitten destined for the show ring.
The cost of raising that kitten doesn’t suddenly decrease because it’s going to sleep on someone’s couch instead of competing at a cat show! 😉
And something else worth mentioning…
There is a BIG difference between a responsibly bred Bengal and someone simply producing kittens to sell.
A lower pr!ce tag doesn’t always mean a better deal. Ask questions! Research the breeder! Ask about health testing, veterinary care, registration, and what is included with your kitten.
Of course, not every f@mily’s budget will accommodate the price of a well-bred Bengal, and that’s completely understandable! ❤️
But affordability and value are two very different things.
We don’t pr!ce our kittens based on how much someone loves them or whether they’ll be shown. Our pricing reflects the investment, responsibility, and care that goes into raising them properly.
Our Bengals aren’t expensive because they’re too special to be fami!y pets. They’re valuable because they ARE f@mily pets, and they deserve the very best start in life. 🐆❤️
At Maritime Bengals, we aren’t just raising beautiful Bengals. We’re raising someone’s future best friend, f@mily member, and companion for many years to come.
