Maybe you were given a difficult dogβ¦
Because youβre the kind of person who would choose to understand them instead of give up on them.
The dog who needs more time.
More patience.
More creativity.
More understanding.
The dog who makes you question yourself.
The dog who challenges you to become a better trainer, a better communicator, and sometimes⦠a better human.
Maybe that dog wasnβt put in your life to be easy.
Maybe they were put in your life to teach you that progress doesnβt always look the way you imagined it would.
That sometimes the biggest victories arenβt titles, ribbons, or perfect runs.
Sometimes the victory is the dog who finally trusts you.
The dog who learns to believe that theyβre safe.
The dog who looks at you and says, βI know you understand me.β
And sometimes, the dogs who challenge us the most become the ones who change us the most.
So if you have a βdifficultβ dogβ¦
Donβt be so quick to see everything they arenβt.
Look at how far theyβve come.
Because maybe you werenβt given the difficult dog because you were supposed to have an easy journey.
Maybe you were given that dog because you were willing to stay long enough to understand them. β€οΈπΎ
