In our program, we pour decades of specialized knowledge, study, and care into every horse and rider. This makes the option available for students to book time with me to shop for potential equine partners!
To maintain these high standards of education and equine welfare, we must ensure our professional boundaries and time are equally respected. Selecting and evaluating a riding horse requires immense expertise, responsibility, and hours of administrative work. To respect the value of this specialized service, we are implementing a new protocol for all future horse shopping assistance. Effective immediately, we will require the following before scheduling any horse viewing trips:Written Contract: A signed agreement outlining the search parameters, expectations, and terms.
Retainer Deposit: A non-refundable $250 upfront deposit to secure our scouting and travel time.
Commission Structure: This initial deposit will be fully credited toward the final 10% purchasing commission.
