This week, we’re celebrating the incredible people who keep our busy mixed animal practice running smoothly—at the front desk and far beyond. Our receptionists Vanessa and Madison do so much more than answer phones and greet clients with a smile—they step in wherever they’re needed, bringing skill, compassion, and dedication to every moment.
With the high demand for care, they manage a constant flow of calls, coordinate appointments for both large and small animals, comfort nervous pets and clients, and support our medical team behind the scenes. They make sure every client feels heard and every day stays on track, even when things get hectic.
Their role is essential to patient care, and the way they balance it all never goes unnoticed.
