Fort McMurray ❤️
This is a hard post for me to write. Many of you know I’ve always said I’d never leave—but life has a way of changing things. I’ve realized that staying here full-time has become a very solitary experience for me, and I need to make a change in order to find my happiness.
I’m not turning my back on you or this community. Instead, I’ll be transitioning to traveling back and forth between Fort McMurray and Nova Scotia. I will be continuing to work and keeping a portion of my client list, flying in regularly to care for your pups.
Because of this new schedule, the clients who remain on my list will need to stay on a very strict rotation so I can make sure everyone is properly taken care of. If you’d like to stay on that rotation, please message me before the end of this month so we can arrange your schedule.
For those who won’t be continuing on my rotation (which will be the majority), please know I’ve put a lot of thought and care into making this transition as smooth as possible. I’ve found an incredibly talented groomer to take over, in the exact same spot and salon your pets are currently use to… and I truly believe you and your pets will be in amazing hands. I’ll be introducing her in about a week—promise, you won’t be disappointed.
It was very important to me that no one was left struggling to find care, so I made sure everything was in place before sharing this news. And I was very careful with who I’d be passing my client list on to.
As a thank you for all your loyalty, support, and trust over the years, I’ll be offering lots of HUGE deals for the remainder of this month and next month. This is just a small way to show how much I truly appreciate and love each and every one of you.
This isn’t goodbye—it’s just a new chapter. I care deeply about all of you and your pets, and that will never change. 🐾💛
