World Rabies Day is celebrated every year on September 28th, the anniversary of the death of Louis Pasteur who developed the first effective rabies vaccine. It was created to educate people on the impact of rabies on humans and animals. Rabies is a nearly 100% fatal disease but can be easily prevented with vaccination. If you have questions about your pet’s vaccination status give us a call!
