Right now, one of our team members is fostering a tiny newborn kitten through Castaway Animal Rescue Society . His mother rejected him after giving birth to a total of 9 babies! Situations like this happen more often than people realize — and many of these fragile babies require around‑the‑clock care.
As a veterinary hospital, we partner closely with rescues who bring in animals from all kinds of situations — abandoned pets, injured strays, and litters with no safe place to go. These organizations show incredible compassion, but they can’t do it alone.
By altering your pets, you help prevent accidental litters, reduce the number of vulnerable babies needing rescue, and create less strain on the rescues in our communities. Spaying and neutering also offers long‑term health benefits that help pets live safer, happier lives.
If you have questions about timing, benefits, or aftercare, our team is here to help!
