In-Sync Dog Training

09/30/2026

Backside blinds were a skill we started working in one of my classes today.

I saw this exercise online this week, and figured my students would be the perfect test subjects. 👌

Recalls past distractions in today's puppy agility foundation class.

Working around distractions is an important part of agility training that we start working on right in puppy foundations class.

If you liked our daytrain staff at In-Sync, then take a look at Sundog Canine Training which was opened by Darcie and Miles. They are offering day train at their new location.

So excited for their new adventure and hope them all the best.

DAY TRAIN IS BACK!

This is the program so many of our In-Sync clients knew us for, and one of the biggest reasons Sundog exists in the first place.

Day Train is for dogs who benefit from structure, thoughtful handling, and individualized training during the day. It is not a traditional daycare or a free-for-all play group. Every dog has their own training goals, their own plan, and plenty of time built in to work, rest, decompress, and learn.

Depending on your dog’s needs and your goals, your dog might work on puppy socialization, basic or advanced obedience, sport skills, tricks, confidence-building, focus around distractions, or behaviour support for things like reactivity and overarousal.

We are incredibly proud of this program because we have seen how effective it can be when dogs get consistent, hands-on training and owners get clear guidance for carrying those skills home.

Limited June spots are available now, with full availability beginning in July 2026. Package discounts are also available.

Visit our Day Train page at www.sundogcanine.com/day-train to learn more and book through Gingr.

I have opened up another Beginner/Young Dog Fun Match.

During this 3 hour fun match, we will be doing as many short sequences as time allows for. This is ideal for dogs just starting to sequence, wanting to work their young dog in a new environment, or dogs who need confidence boosting with simple sequences. Only jumps and tunnels will be used.

Shauna will go over how to walk a course before we start.
Dogs need to be confined(in a crate or in the car) when not running as not all dogs can work with other dogs present. There are crates provided for up to 10 dogs.

When: June 20: 1:30-4:30pm
Location: Shapeup (55116 Range Road 261)
Cost: $50
