Our Teddy Bears are 4 weeks old! 🐾 🧸
Today we started our very first introduction to kennel training!
We always take it slow and positive. At this age, we begin with an open top kennel, allowing our babies to freely explore it without feeling confined. We placed their Snuggle Puppy inside to make it feel cozy, safe, and inviting!
They can wander in and out, sniff around, play, nap, and get comfortable with their new little space completely on their own.
Later on, as they grow and become comfortable, we'll introduce the closed in kennel and continue building those positive associations!
Just another little step in preparing our Teddy Bears to be confident, happy, and well adjusted puppies for their forever families. 🤎

One of my absolute favorite things to do, besides loving and caring for all of our precious Teddy Bears, is spoiling our future families! 🤍
As a little surprise for our future families, I wanted to do something extra special! I know how much a Snuggle Puppy can help ease the transition home from mommy and siblings!

Saying goodbye to mommy and siblings is a big change, and having something comforting can help make those first days/weeks in their new home a little easier.
And to all of our wonderful future families, and families already, THANK YOU for trusting Aspen Poodles.
It means so much to us that you trust us to raise your precious new family member!
One of the best parts of what we do is not only raising these babies with love, but also making sure they leave here with a little extra love and comfort to take with them to their new forever home.🤎

This morning’s enrichment was all about getting our little Teddy Bears familiar with the feeling of teeth brushing! 🪥🧸
With our babies starting to teeth, they were happy to explore the soft toothbrushes and they seemed to really enjoy the exercise!
Here’s to many more years of happy teeth brushing ahead! 🤎

Tonight was a BIG first for our little Teddy Bears!
They got to try their very first puppy kibble, and it was a total success!
Lots of messy faces, lots of curious little noses, and some very happy bellies!

A BIG move for our little Teddy Bears! 🤎🐻

Tonight our puppies officially moved out of their whelping box and into their new, bigger puppy home! 🐾
They now have lots more room to wiggle, explore, play and discover their little world, with cozy blankets, a comfy puppy bed, toys and heating pads underneath to keep their space warm and snuggly. 🤎

Today’s enrichment was all about brushing our Teddy Bears! 🐻
Every single one of our Teddy Bears got their very own gentle brush session this morning.
Sweet little Otis didn’t seem bothered by it at all!
He may have even thought his first spa treatment was pretty relaxing!
Starting these experiences early helps our babies become comfortable with grooming and gentle handling as they grow. 🤎
