Flyball is a competitive dog sport that involves teams of dogs racing against each other in relays, over a line of hurdles, to retrieve a ball from a spring-loaded box. Each dog must jump over the hurdles, trigger the box to release the ball, catch the ball in mid-air, and then race back over the hurdles to the starting line so the next dog on their team can run. It’s a fast-paced and exciting sport that tests a dog’s speed, agility, and focus.

Hello everyone,

I am pleased to finally, formally announce our new location as well as the opening of sign ups for group classes beginning in May. There are still some (technological) things to iron out before we open day train reservations but you can expect to see that announcement before the end of next week.

Our new home will be located at 15911 116 Ave NW, Edmonton. This spot is only about 5 minutes away from the previous In-Sync location and we are thrilled about the space. Although there’s much to be done before I share photos of the inside, I’m very excited to do so!

Group class registrations are open for Tricks, Intro to Scent Games (Scent Detection), and Area Searches (Scent Detection) with Darcie ( / ) as well as Flyball 1 & 2 with Sylvia (.danielle / ). The information for those can be found on our website at sundogcanine.com/group-classes

All bookings for the new facility will be taken through Gingr, which has both an online portal and an app that you can download (Gingr for Pet Parents in your preferred App Store.) Our facility code is 361091. Please reach out via email if you run into any issues and I will do my best to help you!
