Vastaya Dachshunds and All Breed Handling

We are so proud of Titan. This week Titan flew all the way to Italy to take on the world.

Our little home bred Canadian dog did us proud. While we didn’t take home any ribbons (European Dachshunds are different than North American) Titan handled a true Planes, Trains and Automobiles trip like a rock star.
Multiple flights. Multiple international airports. New cities. Taxi rides. High speed train rides. New sights, noises and smells. He didn’t put a paw wrong.

He will be very glad however to get home tomorrow.

We met some wonderful people and can’t wait to go to another one!

We were only at NACA for two days but we made jt worthwhile.
At the Dachshund National

Mora was WB/BOW/BP to finish her championship

Leni didn’t want to be out done. He was best of breed over a HUGE amount of quality specials.
He then said hold my beer and went best opposite s*x in specialty with an entry of 71 dachshunds!

Huge shout out to the club for wonderful prizes and organizing everything.

As it is now past midnight I can finally wish the little spitfire a happy second birthday. Millie, Mildred, Maleficent she is both of of the sweetest and one of the most evil dogs I own. She owns the ground she walks on and like a true dachshund thinks shes 10 feet tall and spits fire (come to think of it she might actually). I wouldn’t trade her for the world.
