We’re sliding this post in a little late — things have been wild at Cedar Ridge lately! We’re bursting at the seams with some incredible updates we can’t wait to share with all of you… but the big reveal isn’t quite ready yet. Hang tight, stay tuned, and get excited.

For now, let’s focus on something just as important…
✨ Nail Day with Debbie — our resident nail‑trimming magician! ✨

She’ll be here Thursday, August 27th working her usual magic and keeping all those paws in tip‑top shape.

Getting on the list is easy:

Let Rob or one of the girls know at the gate when you drop off, OR

Send Cedar Ridge a message through email or Messenger

And don’t worry — we haven’t forgotten about everyone who needs earlier weekday appointments. After this round, we’ll be switching over to Tuesday or Wednesday nail‑trim days to make things easier for you.

Cedar Ridge Storm Update

Last night’s thunder and lightning show was one for the books — easily one of the most intense storms we’ve seen in years. We know many of you reached out, worried about your fur babies and how they might handle all that noise.

Rest easy: the Cedar Ridge crew handled the storm like absolute champs.
No stress, no panic, no barking — just calm, cozy pups riding it out like seasoned pros.

Thanks to our kennel cameras, we were able to monitor everyone throughout the night, and we’re happy to report zero signs of fear or anxiety. This morning, tails are wagging, moods are bright, and everyone is back to their usual happy selves.

Your pups did fantastic, and we’re proud of every single one of them.

🌞 Happy BC Day Long Weekend, Cedar Ridge Crew! 🐾

Just a quick reminder that our daycare is closed for BC Day and will be back open on Tuesday, August 4th.

🐶 Kennel services are still running with pick‑up and drop‑off at 9 AM or 3 PM only — our long‑weekend pups are still getting their VIP treatment!

We hope everyone is soaking up the sunshine, relaxing, and enjoying the extra day off. And don’t worry… on Tuesday we’ll be ready for all those dogs who need to burn off a few “long‑weekend calories” after living their best holiday life. Expect zoomies. Lots of zoomies.
