Sales Contract & Purchase Agreement
Thank you for choosing Jumping Jacks Rabbitry. Our goal is to raise healthy, well-socialized rabbits and place them in responsible homes. By placing a deposit or purchasing a rabbit from Jumping Jacks Rabbitry, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the following terms and conditions.
General Sales Policy
• All sales are final. No refunds, exchanges, or replacements will be provided.
• Rabbits must be paid for in full before they leave Jumping Jacks Rabbitry.
• Once a rabbit leaves my care, I am no longer responsible for its health, temperament, care, or any issues that may arise.
• Jumping Jacks Rabbitry is a closed rabbitry. Photos and videos of available rabbits are happily provided upon request.
• I reserve the right to refuse or cancel any sale at any time, with or without explanation. If I cancel a sale, any deposit paid will be refunded.
• Buyers agree not to post or share false, misleading, or defamatory information about Jumping Jacks Rabbitry, its animals, or any transaction on social media or any public platform. Any concerns must be addressed directly and privately with the breeder.
• This contract and all terms within it apply to both past and future sales with Jumping Jacks Rabbitry, regardless of when the transaction occurred.
Deposits & Holds
• A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve a rabbit.
• Rabbits will be held for up to one week after the deposit is received unless another arrangement has been agreed to in writing.
• Rabbits are sold on a first-come, first-served basis. No rabbit will be held without a deposit.
• If the buyer cancels the purchase or fails to complete the sale, all deposits and payments made will be forfeited.
• If I cancel the sale, the buyer will receive a full refund of any deposit paid.
Pickup Policy
• Rabbits must be picked up on the agreed-upon date and time.
• If a rabbit is not picked up within one week of the scheduled pickup date, unless other arrangements have been made in writing, one of the following may apply:
• the deposit and any payments made may be forfeited, or
• a boarding fee of $5 per rabbit, per day will be charged until pickup.
• Boarding fees must be paid in full before the rabbit will be released.
Rabbit Health & Guarantees
• Rabbits will not leave Jumping Jacks Rabbitry before 10 weeks of age. No exceptions.
• Every rabbit is sold in good health to the best of my knowledge at the time of sale.
• Once the rabbit has left my care, I am not responsible for illness, injury, stress-related conditions, or veterinary expenses.
• I do not knowingly sell sick rabbits.
• Buyers are encouraged to examine their rabbit at pickup. Additional photos and videos are available before purchase upon request.
Breeding, Show & Quality
• I do not guarantee future breeding ability, fertility, reproductive performance, litter size, show results, temperament, adult size, color development, or quality of offspring.
• Buyers are responsible for determining whether a rabbit meets their expectations before completing the purchase.
• Every effort is made to correctly determine the s*x of each rabbit; however, the buyer is responsible for confirming the rabbit’s s*x at pickup.
Pedigrees & Tattoos
• Rabbits sold as Pet Quality do not include a pedigree.
• Rabbits sold for Meat Quality do not include a pedigree.
• Pedigrees will be provided in paper form or email when the rabbit is picked up.
• Rabbits sold with pedigrees will have a permanent tattoo in the left ear before leaving Jumping Jacks Rabbitry.
• Tattoos are permanent and must never be altered.
• Pedigrees contain accurate information to the best of my knowledge and must not be altered. Any buyer found falsifying or altering pedigree information may be permanently refused future sales.
Transportation
• Buyers are responsible for bringing a safe, secure carrier for transporting their rabbit home. At minimum, a sturdy cardboard box with ventilation and soft bedding such as a towel, hay, straw, or shavings is required.
• Jumping Jacks Rabbitry does not provide transport carriers unless previously arranged.
Payments
• Accepted payment methods are cash and e-transfer only.
Return Policy
If at any point you are no longer able to care for your rabbit, I will gladly accept it back . The buyer is responsible for arranging and covering any transportation costs. No refunds or credits will be issued for returned rabbits.

Buyer Agreement
By placing a deposit or purchasing a rabbit from Jumping Jacks Rabbitry, I acknowledge that I have read, understood, and agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined in this Sales Contract.
