Welcome to the world Darleen 🎀

Born during the night of March 27th, Darleen is the result of the cross between the stallion Straight Up Dirty and our precious mare Kept Twice as Good (Good Machine). The foaling went perfectly, and we are happy to say that both mom and baby are doing great.

Darleen is already impressive: a tall filly, long-legged. She is a carbon copy of her big brother born a month and a half earlier, but she will remain sorrel. A black sire and a bay dam, she really managed to surprise us! 🙃

We are very excited to watch her grow and develop here at Écuries RJ.

Bienvenue au monde Darleen 🎀

Née dans la nuit du 27 mars, Darleen est le fruit du croisement entre l’étalon Straight Up Dirty et notre précieuse jument Kept Twice as Good (Good Machine). Le poulinage s’est déroulé à merveille, et nous sommes heureux de dire que maman et bébé se portent parfaitement bien.

Darleen est déjà impressionnante : une grande pouliche, très haute sur pattes. Elle est une copie conforme de son grand frère né il y a un mois et demi, mais elle demeurera sorrel.
Un père noir et une mère bay, elle a bien réussi à nous surpendre! 🙃

Nous avons très hâte de la voir évoluer et grandir au sein des Écuries RJ.

✨ First foal of the 2026 season! ✨

Ilya was born on February 1st, under the full moon 🌒
A perfect foaling for a simply perfect c**t!

Stunning red roan, with four white socks and a perfectly marked blaze 🤩

He is out of our mare Good Mango Margarita, a direct daughter of Zippos Mr Good Bar, and by the stallion Straight Up Dirty.

We are already so excited to watch him grow and develop… The 2026 season is off to the best possible start! 🐴✨

A few weeks late…

✨ Congratulations to Michele Metivier Hoy on the acquisition of Best Shade of Blue 💙

Colton was born at Les Écuries RJ. Out of our mare Good Mango Margarita and by the stallion VS Code Blue. We are very proud of this young horse.

🌟 We wish them every success and look forward to following their journey together.

Colton will be greatly missed at our farm, but he seems to be settling in very well at his new home 🤍
