SARBA Show last weekend was a GREAT turn out.✨

Hades took RIS x2 on Sunday. Such a beautiful boy he is, and he showed right off for the Judges which was perfect. The Angora was a great distraction for him to stay still.😂

I’m very pleased with how great this show went, and how nice and cool it was for the rabbits. No one was actually too hot, and it was +33!🙏🏼

Also, I took a quick look at Hades again, and also at Retro and I feel Retro is also worth Showing. I would also like to look at Vesper to see how he too looks, but he’s at my brothers- living his best life.😬 But, I can always steal him back for a Show.😂

In a way I also wish the Rhinelander I got back for my daughter didn’t turn into a mean fluff ball. She was promising, but my daughter and I did not appreciate being charged at and almost bitten every time we went to feed or clean her cage. So, unfortunately she had to GO.🫪🥲

I know I am temporarily not breeding anymore and my Rabbitry is on hold, but I am still able to enjoy the hobby with a few buns at least which makes my heart happy. I really do miss it sometimes, but I am also enjoying not having those extra chores and only having to clean a few rabbits, over 40+.😬😅✨

Hoping to make the next Show in Prince George, BC. Never been to one in BC, and this one will be around my birthday. Birthday Trip?🙃🥲

Today was productive. Rabbits needed cleaned after 2 weeks of being here and finally having the time to do it.👌🏼Thanks to my little brother for helping me pressure wash all the trays to the cages I currently have here. We will do the rest of the cages once they are dropped off sometime this week and reorganize the rabbit area to accomodate growouts, keepers, and stock.😁 Slowly, but surely settling into the new place temporarily.

I have the WORST luck with Havanas apparently.😭
I DID have babies out of her finally after her last breeding went south and all the babies passed, but due to an unfortunate event- Lumi and her babies are hopping in the sky. It was extremely hard keeping my tears in when I got that phone call. I’m devastated and I will miss her so dearly. She was one of my favourite rabbit I had, and I was soooo excited about FINALLY have babies from her and seeing their growth and breeding her good offsprings. Definitely heartbroken, and I’ll miss you so much.💔😔

R.I.P. Lumi, baby and your wittle beans.🫘

Saltwater’s Lumi had 4 Beans today.👌🏼
Hoping she cares for them a lot better. She built a much nicer nest, and it’s warmer now too.🩷
2 Brokens, 1 White, and 1 Black.🖤🤍
