Dog services include: Bathing, full groom or bath and tidy, ear cleaning, nail trim, face and feet trims, sanitary trim, nail grind, de-shed package or other premium shampoo packages available as well, and more!! Cat services include: lion cuts, nail trims, nail cap applications, ear cleaning, mat removal, and brushing. Looking for a service that is not mentioned? Just ask!

Even though we are devastated, we truly do have the most considerate and caring clients 😭🥹

Snuggles’s dad came in to deliver some incredibly sad news today. Their sweet angel baby has moved on to the puppy land over the rainbow bridge. Even though we are absolutely devastated, we are so lucky to have met her and spent time with such an amazing girl ❤️

Her parents adopted Snuggles as a senior and gave her the best life she could’ve asked for during her final years. They are truly amazing people who give senior pups a second chance at living out their final years as their best ones. They are heroes in our eyes and even though we will miss Snuggles dearly, we know she was, and continues to be loved ❤️

We’re sending you the biggest, sloppiest kisses Snugs!

No-Show & Late Cancellation Policy
Due to an increase in no-shows or last minute cancellations, we wanted to send out a quick reminder about our no-shows/late cancellation policy.

As a small business, our groomers rely heavily on their scheduled appointments. When a client misses a slot without giving notice, it leaves a gap in the day that cannot easily be filled. No-shows and last-minute cancellations directly impact our groomers’ personal income.

These policies are in place to help protect our team’s livelihood and ensure we can continue offering high-quality, focused care for your fur kiddos:

24-Hour Notice Required: Because we operate strictly by appointment, we require notice to be given before 9 AM the day before your scheduled visit

🚫 No-Shows & Late Cancellations: Missing your appointment or cancelling late means that 100% of the scheduled grooming services will need to be paid, as that special 1-on-1 time was set aside just for your pet and we no longer have time to fill that spot.

If you have a card on file, it will be charged in these events.

We completely understand that life happens and emergencies come up. If an emergency arises, please reach out to us as soon as possible so we can work together to find a solution.
