We know that after-hours emergency care is not always located in Cranbrook and may be provided by another clinic in the area. We share this information each week to help our community plan ahead and be prepared, especially heading into weekends when services may be farther from home.
During regular hours, we do our best to accommodate urgent and emergency cases, however availability can fill quickly. If you have any concerns about your pet, we encourage you to call us as soon as possible so we can help guide you on the next steps.

We offer "Meet & Treats" where we help desensitize our more fearful patients and create positive interactions for them. We have seen great success with patients that come in regularly to visit for a couple of treats and a whole lot of scratches between medical appointments.
