Hi everyone! For those who may be new here, and for my amazing clients who have been with me along the way. I thought it was time to properly re-introduce myself!

For anyone new here Hi! I’m Victoria (or Tori) the Certified Mobile Pet Groomer I’m also the pet hair enthusiast (against my will), professional pet wrangler and the person behind Furenza

My four-legged sidekick and supporter is hunny (you’ll know her by her bright pink tail)

With things being extra busy, which i’m incredibly grateful for! But between grooming, driving all over the place, working long hours 7 days a week and cleaning up an unreasonable amount of pet hair I’m doing my best to keep up with all of the messages, questions, inquiries, and appointment requests that come my way… it has been wild.

If you’ve reached out to me and I haven’t responded yet, please don’t hesitate to message me again! Sometimes I read a message while I’m inbetween groomings, think “I’ll respond when I’m done,” and then… well… you can probably guess what happens next and I don’t want to leave anyone hanging without a response.

Whether you’re a current client, a new face, or someone who has been following along for a while. Thank you for being here and supporting my little business! 💕🐾

Attention!

I just wanted to take a moment to say thank you from my whole heart to each and everyone one of my amazing clients 🩷

I have been incredibly blessed to be so busy with working 7 days a week to do my best to fit in as many of your fur babies to get their pampering executed.

Your trust, loyalty, support and love I get from you and your pets means the world to me.

As for myself I will be taking off some time. August 8th-18th I will be trying to step away from the chaos and take a well needed break. (I will maybe still answer my phone as I love talking to you all).

Thank you again for keeping me so busy doing what I love every single day. I couldn’t do this without all of you and my wonderful bonus pets! 💛🐾

Happy New Year!

As we move into 2026, I want to take a moment to reflect on what an incredible year 2025 has been. Watching the Furenza community grow, connect, and achieve amazing things has been truly rewarding, and I’m so grateful for the trust and support from each of you and your fur kids.

I wanted to remind everyone again of my update to improve communication and organization. Going forward, all client communication will take place exclusively through the Furenza page and text messages sent to 587-777-0686, rather than my personal Facebook profile. This will help ensure messages are seen promptly and kept in one place for the best possible service.

To all my valued clients,
It has been an incredible pleasure to build a business in Cranbrook. Over the last two years I have grown and expanded my services and have learned through trial and error what works and what doesn't. With this experience has come a better understanding of time management, personal expenses and experience in the field as a certified pet groomer. Over the course of the next few months I will be initiating a couple of changes.
As of November 1st I will be implementing a mileage fee. This fee will be $0.50/km from my home to yours ($5 minimum).
All other fees and grooming prices will remain the same.

As of January 1st 2026 I will be streamlining communication for booking purposes. I will only respond to messages sent through the Furenza page and messages sent to 587-777-0686
