Happy New Year!

As we move into 2026, I want to take a moment to reflect on what an incredible year 2025 has been. Watching the Furenza community grow, connect, and achieve amazing things has been truly rewarding, and I’m so grateful for the trust and support from each of you and your fur kids.

I wanted to remind everyone again of my update to improve communication and organization. Going forward, all client communication will take place exclusively through the Furenza page and text messages sent to 587-777-0686, rather than my personal Facebook profile. This will help ensure messages are seen promptly and kept in one place for the best possible service.

To all my valued clients,
It has been an incredible pleasure to build a business in Cranbrook. Over the last two years I have grown and expanded my services and have learned through trial and error what works and what doesn't. With this experience has come a better understanding of time management, personal expenses and experience in the field as a certified pet groomer. Over the course of the next few months I will be initiating a couple of changes.
As of November 1st I will be implementing a mileage fee. This fee will be $0.50/km from my home to yours ($5 minimum).
All other fees and grooming prices will remain the same.

As of January 1st 2026 I will be streamlining communication for booking purposes. I will only respond to messages sent through the Furenza page and messages sent to 587-777-0686
