Guess who’s back this weekend! I’ll give you a hint… she’s sweet like a cookie, the same colours as a cookie and is named after a cookie ;)

Fun fact friyay!!! Dogs have a super-powered sense of smell, 42 teeth, and unique nose prints just like human fingerprints.

Senses & Biology

• Super Smell: A dog's sense of smell is up to 100,000 times better than a human's, and trained Bloodhound scent tracking can even be admitted as evidence in a court of law.
• Color Vision: Dogs are not completely color-blind, but they primarily see shades of blue, yellow, and gray.
• Three Eyelids: Every dog has a third eyelid called a nictitating membrane that sweeps across the eye to clear away dust and keep it moist.
• Sweating Paws: Dogs do not sweat through their skin; instead, they cool down by panting and sweating through the pads of their paws.
• Right or Left-Pawed: Just like humans, dogs show a clear paw preference when reaching for a treat.

Have a paw-some weekend everyone!
