🐾 A Friendly Reminder About Our Cancellation & No-Show Policy 🐾

We completely understand that things come up and plans can change! ❤️ We just ask that you please give us at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your pet’s appointment.

When an appointment is booked, that time is reserved specifically for your pet. If an appointment is cancelled last minute or you don’t show up, we often aren’t able to fill that spot with another client who may have been waiting for an appointment.

For this reason, appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, as well as no-shows, are subject to the full cost of the scheduled service.

We truly appreciate your understanding and respect for our small business. ❤️ Our appointment times are valuable, and giving notice allows us the opportunity to offer that spot to another furry friend who needs it! 🐶🐱

Thank you for supporting KonKor Pet Salon! 🐾❤️
