We will resume our regular hours on Thursday, October 1st.

Happy 11th Birthday, Soleil💛🐾

Today we’re celebrating one of our sweetest patients, Soleil and sharing her incredible story as a reminder of just how powerful routine wellness testing can be.

At a routine senior wellness visit in April 2025, Soleil’s bloodwork showed elevated white blood cells and low platelets.

Although she wasn’t showing obvious signs of illness, further testing led to a diagnosis of chronic lymphocytic leukemia!

Because it was caught early, Soleil was able to begin oral chemotherapy, responded beautifully to treatment and has now been in remission for a year while gradually weaning off her medication🫶🏻

Stories like Soleil’s remind us that our senior pets are experts at hiding illness. Routine bloodwork allows us to detect changes long before they become obvious.

Today Soleil is celebrating her 11th birthday with plenty of smiles, a new ball and everyone here at the clinic cheering her on🥳

Happy Birthday beautiful girl! Here’s to many more happy adventures ahead!!!
