Opening day is getting even more special! 🐾🤎

When we created The Bark Bar, we wanted it to be more than a place to grab a treat. We wanted to create a space for Cornwall’s dog community — and a place where we can also give back. 🐶

We’re so excited to share that the Ontario SPCA Cornwall & Regional Animal Centre will be joining us on September 15th, along with a special adoptable dog for everyone to meet! 🥹🐾

We’ll also have an Ontario SPCA and Humane Society Cornwall and Region Animal Centre Tap to Give station right here at The Bark Bar, so our community can easily help support animals in need whenever they visit. ❤️

And because you can’t have an opening celebration without cake… 🎂🐶 Petz Cafe is generously providing a delicious dog-friendly cake for our four-legged guests to enjoy!

We’re incredibly excited to finally open our doors and celebrate this next chapter with the community that continues to support us.

Okay but… customizable dog treat bowls?! 😍🐾 YES PLEASE!

Your dog gets $100 to spend completely on themselves. 💸🐶

What are they buying?

🦴 Treats
🎾 Toys
🍖 Food
👗 A new outfit
🛏️ A ridiculously expensive bed they’ll never sleep in
😂 Or something else?

We already know some of your dogs would blow the entire $100 on snacks.

Tell us your pup’s name + what they’re spending their money on 👇

🐾 Cornwall dog parents — we want to hear from YOU!

If you could add ONE thing to Cornwall just for dogs and their humans… what would it be? 👀🐶

A dog-friendly café? ☕
More off-leash spaces? 🌳
Indoor activities for rainy days? 🌧️
Dog events? 🎉
Something completely different?

There are no wrong answers — dream big! 😂

👇 Tell us in the comments! We’re genuinely curious to see what Cornwall’s dog community would love to have.

And tag a fellow Cornwall dog parent — we want their answer too! 🐾
