We were excited to welcome Dr. Charlotte Spencer to our team in October, and she’s already been fitting in seamlessly.
Dr. Charlotte Spencer is originally from Jersey in the Channel Islands, where growing up surrounded by a wide variety of animals sparked her lifelong interest in veterinary medicine. She earned her veterinary degree from the Royal (Dick) School of Veterinary Studies in Edinburgh, Scotland.
Since graduating, Charlotte has worked in a range of practices across the UK, gaining experience with many species from horses, cattle, and alpacas to cats, dogs, and other household pets. She values the variety of veterinary work and enjoys caring for animals while supporting the people who love them.
Charlotte moved to Coquitlam in September 2025 and is excited to explore Canada while becoming part of the local community and building lasting relationships with clients and their pets. Outside of work, she enjoys hiking local trails with her adventurous cocker spaniel, Oscar, as well as reading and attending live music events. Her professional interests include client education, internal medicine, and dentistry, and she is committed to ongoing learning and providing thoughtful, compassionate care.

We’re so happy to have Dr. Spencer as part of our veterinary family and look forward to the care and dedication she brings alongside Dr. Khoo, Dr. Hardin, Dr. Ong and Dr. Jeremy.

As we head into a new year, we just want to say thank you from the bottom of our hearts. This past year has been an especially busy and meaningful one for us as it marked our first year as clinic owners with the practice officially passing from Dr. Stockley to Dr. Jeremy Stockley. We are grateful for the trust, kindness, and support you’ve shown us during this transition.

Being a family owned and operated clinic, it truly means everything to us that you choose us to care for your pets. Your support allows us to continue the legacy of compassionate, personalised veterinary care that this clinic was built on.

We also want to say a huge thank you to our incredible staff. Your dedication, heart, and hard work make this clinic what it is and we are thankful to work alongside such an amazing team.

We wish you and your pets a happy, healthy, and wonderful New Year and we look forward to caring for you in the years to come.

Getting our team of Veterinarians together at the CVMA Conference in Victoria was more than just a team trip, it was an opportunity to recharge, reconnect, and refocus on what we love most: caring for your pets. Conferences like this help us stay up to date on the latest research, treatments, and technology in veterinary medicine. We spent time learning from leading experts, exploring new techniques, and sharing ideas with other passionate professionals. It was an inspiring few days, and we’re excited to bring that knowledge and energy back to the clinic to continue providing the best possible care for your furry, scaley, and spikey family members.
