We have our other hospital in Vancouver (Intercity Animal Emergency Clinic) which is an overnight

Tiny ears, big feelings 💙

This kitten was a bit nervous, so we kept things slow and gentle.
Cotton swabs were used only on the outer ear while we watched body language closely.
When they let us know they’d had enough, we stopped.
Fear-free care means listening and putting comfort first.
