Mackenzie is the sweet face you want to see when coming in with your pet! Despite her age, we call her our clinic nan – she’s always checking on her coworkers, making sure we’re running on time, and will always lend an ear if someone needs to talk.

Mackenzie has worked at CBS Animal Hospital for almost 2 years, and has been helping our clients through tough decisions and new puppies in her own beautiful way! At home, Mackenzie has three cats, Char, Jack, and Reese, and one bunny named Peppy🐰

Cheryl is our warm, client-focused CSR who always ensures the comfort of every person who comes through our door. Whether for a puppy appointment, or an end-of-life process, Cheryl is your girl. She will offer you the comfiest room, a coffee, tea, or water, and run through hoops to get you anything you need, and not only for our clients, but for her coworkers, too🥰

Cheryl has been working at CBS Animal Hospital for almost 2 years, and we don’t know where we’d be without her! Cheryl has a full house with 4 dogs: Holly, Sarah, Chloe, and Fisher.

For CSR week, we're going to spotlight our wonderful CSRs✨

First up is Kristen, our head CSR. Kris is always there to greet you when you come in with a warm, welcoming smile. She is dedicated to ensuring the comfort of our clients and patients, as well as her CSR team and the rest of the hospital.

Kris has been working at CBS Animal Hospital for 8 years, helping to make our hospital brighter and more joyful, and ensuring the efficient movement of the team. At home, Kris is surrounded by cats, with Westley, Elliot, Aerith, Emre, and Tifa. She will also be the cat mom to our clinic cat, Gloria, when Gloria fully retires!

Dear valued clients,

We’d like to let you know about a small change to our hospital hours beginning Monday, April 27th.

Moving forward, our hours of operation will be:
Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM

We appreciate your understanding and continued trust in us to care for your beloved pets. If you have any questions or need to book an appointment, please don’t hesitate to reach out.
