Today, our hearts are completely shattered. 💔🐾

We said goodbye to our beautiful Charlie.

There are no words that can truly describe the love we have for this boy. It was immeasurable. Charlie wasn’t just our dog—he was family, and such a huge part of our lives and our hearts.

As devastating as it was to let him go, we loved him far too much to allow him to hurt anymore. We gave him every adventure, every treat, every cuddle and every bit of love we possibly could, and when he needed us most, we gave him the final gift we could give him—a peaceful goodbye surrounded by the people who loved him.

The house will never feel quite the same without you, Charlie. Neither will our hearts.

We would have chosen a lifetime with you, but a lifetime still wouldn’t have been enough. 🤍

Run free, our sweet boy. No more pain, no more struggling. Just peace.

You were loved beyond measure, and you always will be. 🌈🐾

Last night, Charlie took a sudden and dramatic decline. 💔 He’s experiencing pain and some laboured breathing, and it’s becoming clear that his body is getting tired.

For now, we’re keeping him as comfortable as possible, surrounded by his family, lots of love, and of course London and Cooper right beside him. ❤️🐾

We have an appointment with an end-of-life veterinarian on Monday to assess him and help us make the kindest decision for our sweet boy.

Until then, we’re soaking up every cuddle and every moment we can. Charlie is so incredibly loved. ❤️‍🩹🐾

Charlie has officially made it to the judging round of the Nine Locks Brewing can contest! 🍻🐾 I’m so excited and so proud of our boy!
