We are pet focused with a commitment to a holistic approach to pet care. Terri is a proud of Canadian Professional Pet Stylists, and has been grooming professionally for more than 25 years. She is experienced in both dog and cat grooming and has specialized training in animal behaviour and psychology. She is a Pet First Aid instructor through Walks N Wags Pet First Aid.

🐾 We're Hiring! Join the Cross Cuts Pet Styling & Boarding Team! 🐾

Do you have a passion for animals and enjoy working in a fast-paced, rewarding environment? We are looking for a reliable and caring Part-Time Kennel Attendant to join our team.

As part of our team, you will help provide exceptional care for our boarding dogs and cats while ensuring their comfort, safety, and happiness during their stay.

What We're Looking For:
✔ A genuine love for animals
✔ Compassion, patience, and a strong work ethic
✔ Ability to work independently and as part of a team
✔ Animal care experience is an asset, but we are willing to train the right candidate

Position Details:
• Part-time, approximately 15-20 hours per week
• Flexible availability is an asset
• Must be comfortable working with both dogs and cats

We’ve JUST released our 2027 calendar and are now accepting renewals for our Coco’s Canine Clique Program!!!

As always, this season gives us an opportunity to reflect with gratitude on the incredible support this community continues to show us. This past September, we proudly celebrated 20 years in business. Reaching two decades as a small business is an achievement we don't take lightly, and it's only possible because of the trust and loyalty of our amazing clients and their pets. Through every chapter, challenge, and success, our commitment to providing Lakeland's pet owners with exceptional care has remained unwavering. Your continued support reminds us every day that what we do truly matters.

When we launched this program in 2021, our goal was simple: to create consistency and peace of mind for our clients while ensuring their pets always had access to the care they deserve. As our community has grown, so has our Coco's Canine family. Despite that growth, we remain dedicated to building meaningful relationships with every pet who walks through our doors. We believe every dog is unique, and we continue to tailor each grooming experience to meet their individual needs and comfort levels.

We're passionate about continuing our education, staying current with science-backed grooming and pet care practices, and investing in products and tools that support the health and well-being of the pets we serve. Terri's passion for animals remains the driving force behind everything we do. With over 27 years of hands-on experience, she continues to advocate for pet welfare, educate clients, and share her knowledge to help owners become the very best pet parents they can be.

2026 brought another year of growth, learning, and change. We celebrated countless puppy first visits, welcomed new faces to our salon family, and continued to support many beloved senior pets throughout their journeys. We also said goodbye to some cherished clients who crossed the rainbow bridge, a reminder that the time we spend caring for your pets is a privilege we never take for granted. Through every joy and every heartbreak, we are grateful to be part of your pets' lives.

We're excited to share 2027 with you and look forward to another year filled with wagging tails, happy reunions, and the relationships that make this community so special.

• Didn't receive an email? Please check your junk/spam folder first. If it's not there, feel free to email us or send us a message through social media.
• Current Coco's Canine Clique members will have two weeks to complete the membership form before registration opens to others (space dependent). Existing clients will continue to receive priority when scheduling preferred dates and times.
• Appointment booking emails will be sent once all membership forms have been received and processed, typically in mid to late November.

​A quick reminder for the long weekend: there will be no walk-in services available this weekend. Walk in services will resume Tuesday October 13th.

Boarding and raw food sale hours are unaffected.
