Greystone Stables Greystone Acres is a small breeder and trainer of Rocky Mountain Horses. Located in Cold Lake, AB Gaited horse fans, breeders and trainers.

Greystone Lesson Policy:
1. Riding Lessons are to be paid in advance of each lesson. If pre-paying for multiple lessons, payment will be due before the first lesson. We accept payment via cash or e-transfer.
2. Lessons include 15 minutes of tacking and grooming prior to riding; 30 minutes of on-horse instruction; and 15 minutes of cool-down and un-tacking after riding. Depending upon participant’s age and goals, riding time can fluctuate. Overall lesson time will not exceed one hour.
3. Participants must cancel a lesson at least 48 hours in advance, (except in case of emergencies), otherwise it will automatically be considered absence without notice, and no appointment reschedule or refund will be given.
4. Lesson times are planned and punctuality is expected.
5. Trainer reserves the right to substitute a different Riding Instructor at any time. The Trainer does not guarantee that the Participant will ride the same horse every lesson.
6. Long pants, shirt, and sturdy over the ankle shoes or boots with at least 1/2 inch heel are required. Participants under the age of 18 must wear an approved riding helmet, which Greystone can provide.
7. Greystone Acres’ lesson program is open to participants 6 years of age or older, and is oriented towards trail and recreational riding, and is designed to teach general horsemanship and knowledge, riding safely and confidently, and helping people move towards eventual horse ownership and/or long term horse involvement.

A full copy of Greystone's policies can be emailed upon request, and a copy will be provided prior to Participant's first lesson.
