IMPORTANT UPDATE

We have been working incredibly hard to accommodate the emergency situation we dealt with last month when one of our vans was T-Boned.
THANK YOU TO EVERYONE WHO REMAINED PATIENT while I dealt with rescheduling and accommodating over 60 appointments!

We made every effort to be clear and make the information available to new inquiries that we were not going to be able to accommodate them and yet have received several complaints that we did not reply. Please understand this was not planned or intentional, we are short staffed and have been doing our best but there are only so many hours in the day and grooming is time intensive! My priorities had to be carefully selected to ensure safety to the pets we were grooming as well as mine and my staff members health, who got hit in the crash.

This has not been an easy thing for us to deal with and appreciate everyone taking the time to read this far.
Thank you to everyone that has provided kind words and support.

Morning everyone.

We are in a bit of a bind and need your help/recommendations. Tyr was T-boned by a pickup truck yesterday! She is shook up but otherwise alright. The van however is not alright and we have been unsuccessful in trying to get the grooming door open. As such it is non operational to continue appointments.

We would appreciate any assistance if you may know how we can get it fixed asap. Or if you have any other suggestions to how we can continue providing grooming services.

We are moving as many appointments as possible to the other van but this is not going to fit everyone that is already scheduled.
