💚 Building a Brighter Future, Together 🐾

As long-time partners of the Northumberland Humane Society, we’ve seen firsthand the incredible heart, dedication, and care that goes into saving local animals every single day. This expansion will allow them to save more lives and provide top-notch care for pets in our community who need it most.

They are currently raising funds for their "Built On Second Chances" campaign—a crucial expansion project that will create better spaces, expand their facility, and allow them to rescue and care for even more pets across Northumberland County.

Every dollar makes a real difference in giving a rescue animal a fresh start. Whether you’re able to donate $10, $25, or simply share this post to help spread the word, you are helping build a safer, brighter future for pets in need right here in our community.

👇 Check out their post below to read more about the project or make a donation! 👇

💚🐾 HELP US BUILD ON SECOND CHANCES! 🐾💚

Every day, animals arrive at Northumberland Humane Society needing safety, care, and a second chance. We dream of a future where we can help even more pets and the people who love them.

Our BUILT ON SECOND CHANCES campaign will expand our facility, create better spaces for animals, and allow us to save more lives and make more happy tails! 🐶🐱

Our goal is $4 MILLION — and we need our community to help us get there!

💚 Every little bit counts. Whether you can give $10, $25, or $100, your donation brings us one step closer. Small gifts add up to make an extraordinary difference.

You may never meet the kitten your donation helps save or see the dog who finds a loving home because we had space to care for them — but you will be part of their story. ❤️

🐾 Please donate today and help us build a brighter future for animals in Northumberland County.

As temperatures start to drop, you may be wondering how long your dog should spend outdoors. The answer depends on factors like their size, coat type, and age. Keep an eye out for signs they're getting too cold, such as slowing down, shivering, or lifting their paws. When you notice these cues, it's time to head inside and warm up.
