❤️ **$2,349 raised for the Upper Clearwater Fire Brigade!** ❤️

What a night at the Black Horse Saloon. Our neighbours came together, shared a meal, took the microphone and filled the place with laughter. We were so happy to have you here.

Tonight was about much more than fundraising. It was a community coming together and supporting each other—and we’re incredibly grateful to be part of it.

October 15 marked one year since we arrived here. From the beginning, this community welcomed us with open arms. Being able to give something back, almost exactly on that anniversary, means so much to us.

Our hope is that the saloon will become a gathering place for our neighbours: somewhere to share stories, celebrate, make friends and feel at home. Tonight felt like a wonderful beginning.

In this season of gratitude, we’re especially thankful for the **Upper Clearwater Fire Brigade**—for the time they give, the work they do and the reassurance of knowing they’re here when our community needs them.

We’re proud to donate **the evening’s entire revenue before tax—$2,349—to the brigade.** Every dinner and every drink helped make that possible.

Thank you to everyone who joined us and made the evening what it was. Thank you for welcoming us, and for giving us so many reasons to be happy we call this place home. 🤎

Today, we’re thankful for our wonderful neighbours, the guests who have shared a little ranch life with us, and everyone who has made this season so special. ❤️

A special thank-you goes to the Upper Clearwater Fire Brigade. Living out here, a little further from everything, makes us especially grateful for the people who step up to help keep our community safe. 🚒

This Saturday, we’d love to turn that gratitude into a little support — and a great night together!
