Hudson is still on the hunt for someone who understands the needs of a puppy! Hudson is already such a good boy, he's house trained and sleeps through the night in his crate. Soon he will not need to be crated when he's home alone. If you want Hudson but have to go into the office for work, you can always access doggy daycare so he won't be left in a crate all day!

Hudson traveled all the way from Northern Ontario with his brother Rex. When he arrived, he was approximately 6-7 weeks old, and already displayed an impressive level of confidence and wasn't afraid to take the lead.

This little guy is the life of the party, always ready to entertain with his delightful silliness and playful behavior. Whether he's squeezing into his foster brother's car seat or spinning around in his foster mom's office chair, Hudson's amusing antics are sure to bring a smile to anyone's face.

He's been doing great with his potty training, having no accidents indoors for a couple of months now. Hudson loves to cuddle, gets along well with kids and other dogs, and everyone who meets him is amazed by how laid-back he is. His personality and demeanor truly stands out!

This sweet and funny pup is eager to find his forever home, where he can keep sharing his love and laughter.

Meet the Kalar’s!

We are excited to embark on this new business journey, they say if you love what you do it’s not work, which is why this is the best “job” that we could think of. Our family has a lot of experience with dogs, we rescued 2 husky mixes many years ago, unfortunately they both passed away in 2024 at the ages of 13 and 17. These girls were our fur babies and we loved them so much, it was the hardest thing in the world to lose them but we are so thankful they had the chance to meet both of our children. We rescued a beautiful German Shepherd in 2024 who has been such an amazing addition to our family, our 4 year old son and 1 year old daughter love our fur baby Frankie. Recently we decided to foster so we reached out to The Animal Guardian Society to open our home, so far we have been able to host 2 husky puppies.

We decided, why not open our home again to fulfill a different need? We know many people who are always looking for dog sitters for the day, night, or a week. We also know that sometimes people choose not to adopt a dog because they like their freedom to travel, or go out, so why not help bridge the gap? We are offering K9 care at the Kalar’s house!

Our services include doggy day care in our home for $20/day, this includes playing with our girl Frankie, unlimited access to our fenced yard and anything they need during the day (being fed, taking medication, etc.). I work from home, so I will be home all day every day to ensure the dogs’ needs are met. Our other service would be to house your dog overnight for $40/night or $100/weekend.

As we have young children as well as our own dog and likely a foster dog, we do require a meet and greet to ensure our dogs get along and your dog is friendly with our kids. We look forward to meeting your fur baby and hope you will trust us to love and care for them as much as you do.
