🐾 A Quick Update for All My Wonderful Clients 🐾

First, I want to say a huge thank you to everyone who has supported my small business. I’m so grateful for all of my amazing clients, and I’m excited to welcome so many new ones!

As many of you know, I’m a one-person grooming business. Once a month I take two of my days days off from my full time job to come out to Clarenville, which means my grooming appointments are limited. To make sure I can continue providing the best care for every dog, I’ll be introducing a few updated policies.

Appointment Cancellations
• Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
• Last-minute cancellations or no-shows without a reasonable emergency may be subject to a cancellation fee.
• After 2 missed appointments, a deposit will be required to secure any future bookings.

Your Dog’s Well-Being Comes First
My priority has always been, and always will be, your dog’s comfort and safety. I will never force a dog through a groom if they are showing signs of severe stress, fear, or reactivity. My goal is to make grooming a positive experience—for both your dog and me.

If your pup is struggling during their appointment, I’ll work with you to create a plan to help build their confidence and make future visits more comfortable. Every dog learns at their own pace, and I’m happy to support that journey.

Thank you all for your understanding, kindness, and continued support. These policies help me provide the best possible care while respecting everyone’s appointment time. I truly appreciate each and every one of you, and I look forward to seeing all of your furry friends soon! ❤️🐾
