Hope everyone is having a great opening day in the valley! Here's a video of Nikka doing great pointing work at a hunting reserve last week. Toby got a little excited and broke point when the bird moved. Still great work by both!

I’d like you to meet Tucker!

Tucker is a 2.5-year-old from our 2024 Jagger × Shae litter. He has a huge heart, loves to please, and has drive to spare. He’s an intelligent, obedient boy and he is great in the house. He’s wonderful with kids, and gets along well with other dogs.

Tucker is currently staying with us while we search for the right home for him.

His family loves him very much and they have been incredibly thoughtful in making this difficult decision. Their household includes neurodivergent family members, and they’ve recognized that Tucker’s high drive and enthusiasm make it challenging to maintain the calm environment their family needs. They are also compassionate dog owners and can see Tucker is happiest when he has a job to do. While he enjoys regular walks and exercise, he truly thrives when he’s able to work in the field, and needs structured technical retrieving time to really be satisfied.

Tucker earned his CKC Junior Hunter title and is running at a Senior/Master level now. We’re continuing his training and working toward completing additional legs.

We’re looking for a home that will appreciate Tucker’s incredible work ethic, drive, eager-to-please attitude, and loving personality. He has so much to offer and will do well with someone who enjoys training, hunting, hunt tests, or other activities that allow him to put his natural abilities to work.

For serious inquiries only, please contact us.

This is an awesome video from our client Alaina! She has Shae's brother Cole. For the last 4 years, every time we have a litter she comes out to visit from Vancouver to get some puppy love. She thinks it's the best therapy in the world! 🐾❤

This is a great example of a difficult master hunt test. It shows the challenge of scenting conditions when a hen pheasant is used, even on the go bird (last bird down). This dog sticks to the area of the fall, has a big hunt, but figures it out on his own. Then, he continues on and does a great job retrieving two memory marks, diversion bird and a blind retrieve.

The use of the grounds and terrain are maximized and all gun stations are well hidden. Very open to comments and perspectives of the use of hen pheasants for hunt tests or field trials!

Hope everyone is enjoying a restful Easter weekend🌸✨🌿 My son's girlfriend is a professional photographer and took some photos of the pups from Shae's most recent litter of 16! Everyone is doing well, and Shae's an amazing mum. We still have a couple boys available.
