A little reminder about our cancellation policy 🐾
We’ve noticed a pretty significant pattern of last minute cancellations and no shows every August and September over the past few years, and this week has been especially difficult.

We completely understand that things come up. Emergencies happen, plans change, and we’re always willing to work with our clients when there are extenuating circumstances. ❤️

That being said, when an appointment is cancelled at the last minute or someone doesn’t show up, that time has been reserved specifically for your dog. At this time of year, it can be extremely difficult to fill that spot with another client.

Our Cancellation Policy is:
🐾 Less than 48 hours notice: 50% of the booked service
🐾 Less than 24 hours notice: 100% of the booked service
🐾 No-show: 100% of the booked service

This policy has been in place since January 2025 and applies to the service that was booked.

We will always use our discretion when there is a genuine emergency, but we do ask that you please give us as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule.

Behind every appointment is our full team of Dog Stylists who has set aside that time specifically for your dog. Our team puts so much care, patience and preparation into every dog that comes through our doors. ❤️

When an appointment is missed, it doesn’t just affect our schedule — it directly affects our staff and small business, and means another dog who may have needed that appointment has missed an opportunity to get in.

We truly appreciate your understanding, your consideration for our team, and the trust you place in us to care for your dogs. 🐶💚

Thank you for helping us take care of our team, our schedule, and most importantly, all of the dogs in our care.
