We’ve implemented a new phone system that will allow our team to triage emergency calls faster - resulting in an immediate response time for our medical team to help your pet in emergency situations

It will also guide callers that require food and medications requests to our internal message system , so our team can ensure these requests are filled efficiently.

It’s still us ! The same Valley Veterinary Services team on the other end of the call, finding one more way to serve our clients better
