Policy update 🌸 due to some recent no show appointments I have made an adjustment to NO SHOW fees 🌸 Company policies can be found on my webpage🌸

🌸I am super flexible even accepting short notice cancellations without any fees charged as I understand, things can arise last minute but communicating that even if it’s only 1 hour before your scheduled time slot means I have time to make adjustments to my day

🌸 as always if there is a True emergency that arises upon a no show please ensure you have communicated that with me as I’m very understanding

Benji 💙 love this handsome fella 💙 this was his first time in my salon, and he did absolutely fantastic for his Grooming ‘ he did have some matting on the ears and under the belly from his recent camping trip but with a few tricks at my sleeve, I was able to clip them out and keep a longer trim overall 💙 he went home looking and feeling his best 💙 I absolutely loved his goodbye jump up and wiggles as he was about to leave almost like he was saying thank you 💙 look forward to seeing you at your next Grooming session handsome

Wally 💙 I love this handsome fella and I couldn’t be more proud of how far he has come 💙 He still comes in with oral sedation, and we do a fairy short trim all over to keep his Grooming easy for him as he’s not a fan of his parents, brushing and combing him either 💙 back in 2023 when I started working with Wally is the very first Grooming session. He was only able to get a bath done no drying or trimming so it is so amazing and gratifying to see where Wally is today Thanks for coming in again, handsome. See you at your next session.
