Individual forms or 1 form per barn are accepted

Stalls awarded on a first come first serve basis

Please do not etransfer money for stall until the show office has confirmed you have received one

Tack stalls will be given if space allows. Trainers please let the show office know how many you would like

Remaining stabling is limited so a stall is not guaranteed

Show Announcement!

A couple things as we head into the competition this week.

1. Unloading: Coveside employees will NOT be unloading your trailers and trucks this year. However, they will transport your equipment to the barn area. You will have to load the gators and we will drive it down for you. Consider this when packing your trailer.

2. We do not rent golf carts at Coveside. In the past, competitors have arranged for their own rental. Please contact them for for rentals. https://www.rafusegolfcars.com/

3. The link to the Website Covid-19 checkin will be live Wednesday. You are required to check in Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday. No exceptions.

4. Our competition is not open to the general public but connections to entries (such as family members and grooms) can attend. They must fill in the form too. If we get close to our allowed numbers we may have to limit this.

Wow! So awesome!

We have sold out of stabling for the Coveside Summer Welcome!! This is amazing! Thank you for all the support and excitement for the show series.

PLEASE NOTE:

1. All competitors who purchased a package have a stall!

2. I have contacted those who had dated stabling forms to fill in the stalls for the FIRST SHOW.

3. If I have not contacted you and you would like to be placed on the wait list, PLEASE DO SO ASAP.

4. SHIP IN competitors are still being accepted at this time. IF we reach our restricted limit, we will have to close the entries.

Again, thank you for your patience as we create this new series and we can't wait to show you our amazing sponsors and prizes.

More news!

Hello Coveside Show Series Package Holders! Its Gussy here sneaking on to say its June 15th and this was the original deadline for final payments of packages! Well, don't tell my mom, but I have extended the deadline to July 1st!!

AND.... to all entries, online entries are flying in! Package or no package, you still have to enter online before the closing date of July 1st! We will be updating the stabling for the Coveside Summer Welcome and will announce when full (which is happening fast)!! IF stabling fills up, we will waitlist for available spots and you may still enter and ship-in!

Here we go!

Here we go!!! Benny, Gussy and little Digger 2.0 are here to present our Coveside Show Series 2021 Prize List. Thank you all for your patience and we will need more of it in the near future!
A few important things to take note of and remember:
1. The prize list is for all 4 shows. We will be updating as things change but this is the nuts and bolts of what is being offered.
2. Online entries for the Coveside Summer Welcome will be available by the weekend. We will post the reschedule Coveside Spring show next week. We want to make sure we have the issues worked out before posting both shows. All competitors MUST enter every show online, even if you purchased a package... ALL competitors!
3. STABLING: Stabling is LIMITED. Stabling was included with a package purchase but ALL competitors/trainers MUST fill out a stabling form and send. Stalls will be allocated on a first come, first serve basis. If you have not purchased a package, please fill out the form and send for shows you plan on attending ASAP. We will be touching base with individuals as the forms come in and will let you know if you have a stall or are waitlisted.
Thank you one and all for all your positive messages and support as we work to put this series together. Our sponsors have generously supported us again and our team has been working so hard to make this great series something exciting to look forward to.

Another Announcement from Benny and Gus:
As changes happen throughout the province that are out of our control, we continue to make changes here for future events this summer. We have moved our June 4-6 show date to mid summer.

The Coveside Show Series will be as follows:
July 16-18 Coveside Summer Welcome
July 30- Aug 1 Rescheduled Coveside Spring Festival
Aug 23-25 Coveside Classic I
Aug . 27-29 Coveside Classic II

We have had an amazing response to our package deals and thank you all who jumped on board and secured your spot for the series. The package deals will be closed May 15 as previously mentioned. Payment options will be extended due to later show dates to June 15.

The prize list and online entries will be posted shortly. We still hope to provide a great series and will keep you updated as decisions are made.
