Double the cats, double the love, and right now, only one adoption fee!

Meet Squidward and Jasper, two of the shyest cats we've ever had the pleasure of knowing. When they first arrived, both boys were nervous and unsure of the world around them. Over time, they found comfort in each other's company and have helped one another gain confidence and come out of their shells.

These days, you'll usually find them snuggled up together at the Cat Lounge at the Glasshouse, spending their days cuddling while they patiently wait for a forever home.

To help these sweet boys find a family, we're offering a special 2-for-1 adoption deal! Bring home both handsome gentlemen for the price of a single adoption fee.

Squidward and Jasper are:
• Neutered
• Fully vaccinated
• Up to date on flea and tick prevention

Cats staying at the Cat Lounge are not posted on our website, so you'll need to visit in person to meet them and complete an adoption through the shelter.

Take a trip over to the Glasshouse and spend some time with Squidward and Jasper. They may be a little shy at first, but we pro

Meet Rosie

Rosie is looking for something a little different than a traditional adoption—she's searching for a Legacy Home.

This sweet senior girl has some medical needs and currently takes medication to help keep her feeling her best. Because of her age and health, what Rosie needs most isn't years... it's love, comfort, and a family to call her own for however much time she has left.

To help make that possible, Rosie's adoption fee has been fully sponsored. Even more importantly, when the time comes and Rosie begins to decline, she will be welcomed back into our care for medical evaluation and support, ensuring her adopter never has to face those difficult decisions alone.

What Rosie is looking for now is simple: a soft bed, gentle hands, cozy naps, and someone who will cherish every moment with her.

Senior dogs have a special way of stealing your heart. Could you be the person who gives Rosie the loving retirement she deserves?

Please share to help Rosie find her perfect forever-for-now home.

What an amazing day we had on June 6th at our Car Wash Fundraiser!

A huge thank you to Student Works Painting Windsor, whose team worked incredibly hard washing and drying cars. They even brought family members along to lend a hand! We are also so grateful to Car, Dog and Boat Wash for not only donating the use of their car wash for the day, but for having their family come out and help as well.

Thank you to all of the wonderful volunteers who gave their time and energy, and to everyone who came out to support us. Your generosity and community spirit made this event a tremendous success.

Together, we raised an incredible $2,300!

We couldn’t have done it without all of you. Thank you for supporting Pet and Wildlife Rescue!

Meet Nacho Average Rat and Squeak E Cheese — a chaotic, whisker-powered duo with big personalities and an even bigger commitment to snacks. Nacho is bold, confident, and convinced your hands exist for treat delivery, while Squeak E Cheese is his slightly more “polite” co-conspirator who thoughtfully judges snacks before enthusiastically claiming them as his own. About 75% litter trained (the rest is snack-related distractions), endlessly sweet, and always ready for enrichment, cuddles, and snack supervision. Life is simply better with a little squeak, a little cheese, and a lot of chaos.

Meet Aristorat and Ratsafarian — a shy but sweet gentleman duo with fancy names and even fancier snack standards. Aristorat is the quiet observer who warms up quickly once treats enter the chat, while Ratsafarian is his gentle, laid-back bestie who believes snacks are a love language. They are about 75% litter trained and 100% committed to becoming your tiny emotional support snack assistants once they settle in.

Meet Basil Ratbone and Ratrick Swayze — two soft, shy boys with dramatic names and very serious snack opinions. Basil is the cautious detective of the pair, carefully assessing the world before accepting treats, while Ratrick is his “strategically reserved” partner who mysteriously appears the moment food is involved. About 60% litter trained, both are gentle, sweet, and slowly warming into the kind of companions who decide you are absolutely part of their inner circle… as long as snacks are involved.

These boys were very loved by their previous owner before she passed away, and they are now looking for forever homes in pairs where they can continue to be cherished, safe, and spoiled together.

Meet Hot Cross Bun — a little lionhead lady with a name as sweet as she is and a comeback story that deserves a standing ovation.

When she arrived in our care, Hot Cross Bun wasn't in great shape. She was covered in fleas, missing patches of fur, and quite underweight. But this resilient little bun has been embracing her glow-up era ever since. She's getting healthier, filling out, and learning that life is pretty wonderful when you're safe, loved, and spoiled just the right amount.

True to her bakery-inspired name, she's soft, warm, and still rising. She's also still learning how to use her litter box and will need a patient adopter willing to continue helping her master her bunny housekeeping skills. She's making progress every day and learning that good habits come with practice.

Hot Cross Bun is equal parts sweet and sassy. She loves to share her opinions—especially when snacks are involved or when she feels her royal fluffiness isn't being appreciated enough. She's curious, growing more confident every day, and definitely knows she's kind of a big deal.

She's looking for a patient, loving family who will continue helping her blossom into the amazing bunny she's meant to be.

Hot Cross Bun may have started off a little crumpled, but she's well on her way to becoming golden-brown perfection.

Could you be the forever home she's been waiting for?
