This is a friendly reminder to all daycare clients that dogs must have a confirmed booking (including a confirmation email) in order to attend daycare. While we truly dislike having to turn dogs away at the door, maintaining a safe capacity is essential to ensuring the highest level of care for every dog in our facility.
As well, our staffing levels are scheduled based on daily attendance. If your dog is unable to attend a booked daycare day, we kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice so we may offer the space to another client. Please note that failure to provide 24 hours’ notice will result in a charge for the scheduled day.
