I would like to reintroduce myself to some of my newer clientele that do not know me so well!

My name is Sarah, and I am the face of Charleston Charms Grooming 🐾

I have been grooming for 12 years and in the spirit of being a true crazy animal loving person, I have a little mini farm of my own! I have 5 dogs, 2 cats, 1 bunny, 1 hamster, 1 pig and 11 chickens. I also have two little boys aged 6 and 8 that are most times more feral than the farm animals!

I only work 3 days a week, as this level of chaos does require quite a bit of upkeep in my downtime, but I put the most love into my job and your dogs care as I do with my own animals and children 💕

I do not groom cats, they are a little too spicy for me 🌶️ however, I can do cat nail trims and most small animals with your assistance holding!

I am so busy most days I am terrible at picking up the phone or calling people back, so as most of you know I am best to get through text and I respond when I don't have 100 other things on my plate📱

Carleton county has been the best community I have ever groomed for and you guys have kept my love for grooming alive ❤️

Thank you to everyone who has trusted me with their dogs over the past almost 5 years now, and to everyone who has dealt with my late responses! You guys are awesome! 🥰

This big ole' pain in the butt will be greeting everyone outside on a leash from now on! He is tied up and very friendly, but has his the little s #!t stage of chewing everything in my house out of boredom during the day, and runs away on his perimeter collar, so leash it is!
He is tied far enough back that he can't reach anyone if you pull up right in front of the salon. However, if your dogs are nervous of other dogs, please give me a heads up and I'll go hold him back while you bring your pups into the salon!

Hello everyone!
Thank you for being so tolerant of my late replies and very little posting for the last little while. Life has gotten busy, I'll try to keep up as best as I can!
I will be away from March 13th-22nd on vacation so I WILL NOT be responding to book appointments during this time!
I am currently scheduling around mid April; when I return home I will go in order of messages and get everyone slowly but surely booked in!

Beginning March 1st ALL services will be switched to the same hourly rate. Instead of having one price for baths and one for grooms, they will all be the same hourly price as follows:

0-20lbs - $55/hr
21-60lbs - $60/hr
61-100lbs - $65/hr
100+lbs - $70/hr

If your dog is matted and needs shave or needs severe deshedding PRIOR to the bath on a dirty coat the additional dematting/deshedding fee still applies on top of hourly groom price as a charge to cover cost of equipment sharpening as follows:

0-20lbs - $15
21-60lbs - $20
61-100lbs - $25
100+lbs - $30

For all my upcoming appointments, please be cautious in my driveway. I did salt a bunch but there's TONS of ice under the bit of snow there and it is quite slippery so watch your step!
