A huge thank you to Florenceville Vet for taking such good care of my baby boy for his neuter today. 💜
I was worried with him being such a big breed that someone there may be nervous and muzzle him to get him into a cage at drop off, but the vet tech/assistant said "oh no, I just hopped in the cage and called him in and he came right up to cuddle with me!".
As someone who works in an animal profession, it warms my heart to see such gentle care with the big guys. Most people are afraid of them but people who get dogs just know.
Anyone who has met Ozzy knows that he is 100% love in a huge bundle of fur - any person, dog, cat, or being that he meets he loves with his whole heart.
It made me feel a lot better knowing he was loved on so much today and he came home, well, loopy as ever, but so happy and content lol!
Thank you guys again for taking care of my big man 💕
Before and after of the do**us, he's still high as a kite riding that anesthetic tonight and feeling good as ever 🤣

To the young gentleman in the transport truck down Bradley Road today who hit my dog, IT WAS NOT YOUR FAULT! If anyone knows who this was please let him know. He was beside himself. He tried his absolute best to slow down and swerve but my puppy just ran out at the last second, there was nothing he could have done. I keep thinking about how upset he must be so if anyone knows him please tell him it was not his fault and not to beat himself up. He was one of the few good drivers that actually wasn't whipping it down our road and was trying to be cautious and I very much appreciate him stopping to see if we needed help.

This is my ex husband's dog - she's not doing so well with the transition from my almost 5 acres to his smaller outdoor property and he is looking for somewhere with a lot of property that she can roam.
She won't go anywhere on her perimeter collar. She loves playing with other dogs and gets along with cats. She's an absolute sweetheart (I'm sure many of you have met her when she was still living with me).
She's becoming destructive now in his new home as he works Monday to Saturday and doesn't have the property to put her out on a perimeter collar during the day.

If you know anyone who would be interested in her, let me know. I can give you any info necessary!

I will try to remind everyone to pre book in advance and make posts as much as possible, but between work and getting everything done at home on my days off I am just jam packed busy and I can't keep on top of reminding everyone!
So here is one more heads up to book ahead while you can!! I'm getting far into August now so might be best to think about getting 2 appointments on the schedule in advance!

I am booking into MID August right now. I'm trying to keep up with everyone and not taking new clients but I only work 3 days a week so I book up quick this time of year. If you're on a regular schedule please try to pre book 1-2 appointments out so I can make sure I have you on the books! Thanks

🚨 HEADS UP FOR APPOINTMENTS 🚨
This big guy is out on his perimeter collar LEASH FREE for the next little while doing his job protecting my chickens. We have a fox on the loose picking them off slowly during the day. So he will be out and about when you come for an appointment.
He is SUPER friendly but also doesn't realize his size so beware he may jump up on you. I WILL make sure I am outside to hold him while you bring your dogs inside the salon just in case your dogs don't appreciate his overbearing presence.

I would like to reintroduce myself to some of my newer clientele that do not know me so well!

My name is Sarah, and I am the face of Charleston Charms Grooming 🐾

I have been grooming for 12 years and in the spirit of being a true crazy animal loving person, I have a little mini farm of my own! I have 5 dogs, 2 cats, 1 bunny, 1 hamster, 1 pig and 11 chickens. I also have two little boys aged 6 and 8 that are most times more feral than the farm animals!

I only work 3 days a week, as this level of chaos does require quite a bit of upkeep in my downtime, but I put the most love into my job and your dogs care as I do with my own animals and children 💕

I do not groom cats, they are a little too spicy for me 🌶️ however, I can do cat nail trims and most small animals with your assistance holding!

I am so busy most days I am terrible at picking up the phone or calling people back, so as most of you know I am best to get through text and I respond when I don't have 100 other things on my plate📱

Carleton county has been the best community I have ever groomed for and you guys have kept my love for grooming alive ❤️

Thank you to everyone who has trusted me with their dogs over the past almost 5 years now, and to everyone who has dealt with my late responses! You guys are awesome! 🥰
